As a West Coast enthusiast, one can often find Brent enjoying the outdoors at any number of sea to sky activities, or perched on his porch barbequing for the family. His healthy approach to a work life balance helps to keep his mind clear and his tactics calculated.
With an education in Operations Management from BCIT, and an impressive history in sales and marketing, Brent has been an instrumental part in Foster & Associates successes. Coupled with that, his membership with the American Production and Inventory Control Society has him tuned into industry market trends – one of many reasons he is called upon in the industry.

Once a West Coast champion of corporate account acquisitions, Sean now calls his Calgary transplant location – home. His education in Business Management has catapulted him through his career history within the telecommunications industry, along with corporate account management, and marketing initiatives respectively.
In 1999 Sean joined D. Foster & Associates, lending to them his “top of the class” tactics and business know-how, intertwined with his fearless leadership qualities. Sean is sure to leave no task unturned and no challenge unresolved.
With Calgary as his backdrop, Sean and his family enjoy the great outdoors skiing, snowboarding and camping. Sean, is proud of the ironclad relationships he has built in Alberta and it’s neighboring provincial borders. Graduated in telecommunications, Benoit accumulated extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, operations and major accounts management within the telecom industry during 15 years. Benoit recently extended his education with a business management degree from HEC Montreal in 2016.
The latest addition to our team, Benoit took over Quebec on January 2017. He brings with him focus on customer satisfaction, great communications and quick responsiveness to resolve any issue efficiently.
Benoit enjoys travelling to discover new places and meet new people. He loves sports especially ice hockey which he actually plays all year long! In the summer, he also likes golfing when time and weather allows him to.
Benoit is completely bilingual, and therefore is right at home with all of our customers, whether they are French or English speaking.
Tom Woinoski is a Sales and Marketing professional who brings over 25 years of Sales experience in Automotive / Power Sports / Commercial Vehicle / Off Highway OEM and Aftermarket segments. For the past 25 years, Tom has worked with Fortune 500 Companies in Sales Management and Account Management roles. Tom has made a tremendous impact for Foster & Associates in Ontario and is a welcomed addition to the TEAM.
Tom was born and resides in Ontario. During his off time Tom enjoys golfing and trips to Northern Ontario.
Brett Carter had a professional career playing football in the CFL. While playing out his career, Brett graduated University with a degree in Business Management with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing. Brett brings an enthusiastic “never give up” work ethic to the Foster Team, along with an eagerness to learn and grow in his position.
Brett, is a Manitoba resident, traveling both Manitoba and Saskatchewan extensively to build on the many relationships he has already formed with all the customers in his short one-year period on the Foster Team.
Brett, keeps active playing multiple sports for fun and exercise, while also enjoying traveling and exploring the world during his off time.
Dan Cloutier is our Product Specialist based out of Repentigny, QC. Dan has been involved in the Automotive Aftermarket industry for over 30 years. Dan started his professional Sales and Marketing career with one of the largest manufacturer agencies as a Territory Sales Manager for 13 years. He then worked for a national chemical company as a Regional Sales Director and National Sales Director. Dan takes pride in his first-class customer service, and remarkable relationships he has built with his customers over the years.
Dan is completely bilingual, and therefore is right at home with all of our customers, whether they are French or English speaking.
We are pleased to introduce our Product Specialist, Boris Gonzalez based out of Calgary, AB.

We are pleased to introduce Barrie Bailey as our Product Specialist based out of Surrey, BC. Barrie brings with him a wealth of knowledge with over 28 yrs. of experience in Industrial Sales. Barrie is also a Red Seal Electrician by Trade.
Barrie is an avid car and jeep enthusiast. Barrie loves to travel in his 28-foot trailer.
We are pleased to introduce Rob Anderson as our Product Specialist based out of Toronto, ON. Rob is a recent graduate of the University of Guelph with a degree in biomedical science and pursued a post-grad education in finances & business. Rob is born in Toronto and is an automotive and truck enthusiast, as well as an avid outdoorsman. Rob has always enjoyed working with people and is thrilled to be on board promoting and selling the great brands we represent. He is looking forward to travelling across Ontario building new relationships and helping to grow the Ontario market.
Melissa was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario but, raised in The “Sunny” Bahamas, and now resides in Coquitlam, BC.
She brings with her 17 years of Sales Support/Office Management experience in various industries.
Melissa’s initial role is Sales Support for the “team”, and overall Office Management for our head office in BC.
